The Park Tower Hotel, Knightsbridge, London

Future54 provided Development Management, Project Management, Cost Management, and contract administration for the major refurbishment at Park Tower. Future54 were part of a the strategic team working closely with the client and other key professionals who collectively gained a valuable planning consent for a vertical extension to the main tower, extension to the rear at 1st floor level and extension to the Knightsbridge front which was planning to accommodate a new celebrity restaurant.

Phase 1 of the works is complete with a new restaurant currently occupied by Salt Bae (Nusret).
