A new Office building over 12 levels that creates over 215,000 SQ FT office space in a central, well connected location with two large terraces for functions and everyday use, with views across the City.
 
Tenants – The design allows the twelve (12) floors to be let to a single tenant per floor or a multi let with a maximum of four (4) zones per floor, inclusion of riser and plant space for additional cooling or ventilation plant
 
The project is an important regeneration project on the eastern edge ofthe City of London. Its regenerative effects will be a driving force for the east of the City of London and those neighbourhoods eastward and southward, tying in with the proposed neighbouring development as well.
